Decatur Landing

The staff of Decatur Landing treated me really well and made it very easy for me to be interested in moving there. I came into their office a couple of times and each time I felt like they really wanted to help me. Big shoutout to Ja’Michael, Aliyah, and Angie. Ja’Michael is a really nice guy and really made me feel very welcome to Decatur.

Jay Michael was absolutely amazing. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable! I appreciate him taking the time to explain everything, give us the tour, and walk through the process of filling out the application.

Extremely frustrated. Applied, didn't hear back for two weeks that I was approved, called no less than three times, leasing team did not answer my calls. Got a call from the leasing team asking if I was still interested- as if I hadn't left several messages begging them to call back. Find out they could only hold my application for another month- which would have been fine if they didn't take an ENTIRE MONTH to get back to me. Missed their call at 8 am because I have a job, spent another week calling them back- only to find out on the website there is no more available. I really wanted to live here, and I'm so frustrated, just tell people they're approved and call them back!

Allah was so kind and knows her job so well when we did our application she was so helpful or through the process. I really appreciate her for everything. She was always there answering calls on time and doing her best. We have the best services we need.

I love it here! The management staff is amazing. Leasing agent Alliah Duffy, is always friendly and helpful. The leasing staff is always available when need, either in person or by email. Me and my little family live our new home and the nice community.
