I like the way the staff attend to the clients, and I am very happy with the safety of the place. The environment feels secure and well-managed. I told someone that I just got a place to live, and when I told the person which building it was, she said, “That’s a good place. You are so lucky.” This made me feel even more confident and happy about living here.

Doesn’t feel smoke free apartment anymore. The previous manager when she smell light weed in hallway she would bring the guys that detect smoke in apartments in random day. now the whole building smell like crap, new manager doesn’t care about it.

I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Bridget as my property manager! She is incredibly responsive—every question or concern I had was addressed quickly and thoroughly. Real quick and efficient great communication really good at listening

My wife and I have been living at Imperial Gates since January. Our experience has been pleasant. There is ample parking, updated appliances, counters and floors, and considering similar apartments it had the lowest rent. Our property manager Jill is fantastic. She legitimately cares about us, has quick responses with our questions, and is just a nice person. These are very good apartments.
