Charise Martin was amazing to work with. I was having payment issues with HOA that was getting me frustrated. She was able to fix it in a day. I appreciate how quick the turn around time was, I appreciate her communicating to me in a timely manner.

This outfit is incompetent. They make it nearly impossible to pay your bill unless you give them access to your bank account. If you do not sign up for auto-pay they send you on a wild goose chase. Took me two e-mails (following their instructions) and two phone calls to get a coupon to mail in with my payment. At that it was not a real coupon, but rather a past statement with their address. They have not demonstrated the competence for me to be comfortable providing access to my account.

Long story short. Got a fine on acct because the trash bin was covered in snow and was outside a day longer that how it’s supposed to be. I moved into this community recently and wasn’t aware about this rule. Didn’t receive the first notice regarding the violation either and suddenly they charged fee on my account. The only notice I received was on Nov 25th, 2025. Nobody tried to reach out to me before this date. They also admitted that there was no first notice sent out to me. Contacted with them on Dec 31st multiple times and they promised to take care of it and reverse the fee since they got a lot of similar complaints as well but the only outcome was that the two tickets they created were closed and nobody updated us plus the fee is still there. Had to call again today to reopen a tick

Laurie Denzel from Associa is amazing! She is always quick to respond to my emails and is very helpful. She has made things easy for me over the years. I am so grateful for her.

no communication from HOA until account was sent to collections. still 3 phone calls deep all with on hold processes to try to pay an outstanding balance less than a target run on a tuesday. fun stuff.
