Whether it was ineffective communication, infrequent correspondence, or simple ghosting, I feel Lux Services Reality (William Perez) did not portray nor prioritize the standards and practices promoted on their website. It has truly been a pleasure working with William, if I had to use 5 words to describe him they would be: patient, professional, honest, keen listener and knowledgeable. I also appreciated his warm personality, integrity, verbal and written communication skills in addition to his guidance. His focus was ALWAYS on finding the right fit for me. Another asset in dealing with William was that he was not restricted to just one area, for example, when he realized I wasn't finding anything based on my criteria in Riverdale, he expanded the search to include areas like Queens and Long Island and it was then that we found my home.
