Do NOT move here. I have lived here for almost two years, Nicole was an amazing property manager and was super responsive and great to work with. I’m not sure if she left or what the circumstances were but the new management/people in the office are horrible. I have decided to part ways and move to a house which has required me to break my lease. I have called the office every day the last few days to try and get an answer on the monetary part of breaking my lease and have not heard anything back from them. There was even one day recently where there was a short notice garage inspection/maintenance and we had to have our vehicles out, it took me calling five times in a row to get ahold of them to see if I needed to move something out of it. LIARS , ROACHES, MICE AND POOR MANAGEMENT 👎🏽‼️‼️‼️‼️ By The Way I have no bad blood since I don’t live there anymore but I definitely have to let others know about the experience before anyone decides to more there fr. 1: They gave me a fake exterminator, I had to get one because the building had roaches and mice. When an actual one “came back” after they so called been sending one in , the actual one that finally came told me he stopped coming to the company due to them not being able to pay for them to actually come out. Other than that I had way more terrible experiences including having to kill roaches and trap mice in my home due to the buildings infestation and it was so bad I would see roaches outside sometimes by the dumpster when I would take out the trash! 2: Management is horr

I lived in the 5800 building for about 2 years. The apartment was spacious & I had minimal issues with my neighbors. I also like that they take packages in the office to ensure you receive them. The washer & dryer in the unit are great too. The hallways were kept pretty clean. Everything else was a mess. Particularly when they were bought out by Monarch investment in 2019. There was a property manager named Krystal, but she left pretty abruptly. Two guys took over (one named Brandon, can’t remember the other) & weren’t very good at their jobs. They were often unresponsive, left passive aggressive notes & lied about giving important notices. They took away recycling for all the unsolicited newspapers/pamphlets you receive. LOVED living here!! When Amy started I seen so much change & loved the new updates to the building! She is super sweet and attentive to the property and tenants! Joe is the best maintenance guy we've had! He is always super quick to respond to a work order! Gina is super nice & always has the building smelling great!! Highly recommend ! Thank you guys soo much for an amazing stay!

Nicole❤️… you are amazing and so welcoming ! This is our first time renting an apartment and we have so many questions. She made sure we understand everything with so much patience.
