just wanted to say thank you to the staff here at Villa Annette because the last few weeks been really hard for me. My mom passed away and I was a mess trying to handle everything. The office was so kind to me during all this and they really treated me like a person not just another tenant. Matt and Karin were patient and understanding when I needed a little extra time with stuff and they always checked in on me to make sure was ok. It meant more to me then they know. The community here feels safe and calm and honestly it helped me get through a really sad time. just wanted to leave this review to say thank you for being so respectful and caring. I really appreciate living here.

Zero stars. Matt in the office is rude and likes to get his say in without even listening to you and likes to give unsolicited advice on how you need to be as a person. They won’t listen and are just awful to potential renters. They expect you to call them and explain every single detail going on in your life if you have an emergency and need to hang up quick. I tried to apply 2x and both times I was met with awful staff. They suck. I tried to explain something and I kept getting interrupted and overall just don’t bother unless you’re a perfect human. They said they explained everything to me over a month ago then just expected me to remember the fine print. Sure. 😂😂 to think I was going to recommend this place to friends moving out here! Ive been living at Villa Annette for about two years now and it's been great. The property is always clean and well taken care of, and any time I've needed something fixed, maintenance takes care of it right away. The staff here is friendly and easy to talk to, and you can tell they actually care about the place. It's quiet, safe, and just an all-around good community to live in. l'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to rent.

I was one of the first people to move in to the community back in 2022. Overall I'm really content with living here. Limited parking aside, I appreciate the office staff and how quickly everything is handled when I do have an issue such as a maintenance request. It's a very quiet complex which is the primary reason I stay.

2/5 Stars Date: 09/2025 Overall, my experience at Villa Annette was just okay. I made great friends here, but the biggest issue was with Karin; her lack of professionalism and parking. Inspections: Expect frequent inspections—every 2–3 months. From the day we moved in, there always seemed to be a problem. Despite the property being non-smoking, during our first inspection Karin left a note accusing us of a “heavy odor of smoking.” My spouse and I don’t smoke or drink, so this was frustrating and inaccurate. After emailing the office informing we can provide specimens to test, Danaisia kindly had the note removed from our record. Parking: Parking is a constant headache. Guest parking is very limited, and cars are towed easily. The rule is that cars can’t be in guest spots for more than
