Victory Park Apartments

Currently in the process of moving out, I can honestly say the only helpful person which is no longer there her name is Gabby I moved in in March 2025 and currently leaving this is not what I expected. My money was already invested when you googled them online, the pictures look nothing like the inside as far as the upkeep. I would go on and on and write a paragraph or book, but my biggest concern with this apartments is roaches. I stopped getting pest control in May and still have not gotten a notice since may There was roaches live or dead in my old refrigerator I could never trust my refrigerator and have food in there—/ took me a month and a half to get a new refrigerator after reporting it to the corporate office. This was my first apartment, and I have been here for about 9 months, and I have mostly had a good experience with these apartments. I'll touch on some of the negatives first. Some of the tenants are not the best. Many are dirty, and because of this, there are cockroaches in any apartment, no matter how clean you keep it. The management has been okay. They could be better. I have had a few things I've asked for work orders to be done on since I moved in, and they still haven't been done. They are just the drawers in my fridge and a knob on my stove, but I asked about 3 times to get those and never have. My AC did go out, and when asked to get that fixed, it only took them a day or two. They also do regular pestcontrol for the cockroaches, about monthly, so they are trying to get rid of the

No stars, office is never open, Office hours are posted for show at the actual location. Irondoor management hasn't returned a voice-mail from November 8th. You won't get anything fixed unless you do it yourself. Serious safety concerns with lack of property manager handling anything. Three different property managers in the last year, none in which come to work!

I move in back in 2019ish, and moved out around 2022. We went through various mangers who cared about none of us. Even though they come spray from time to time, the roaches never leave. It was cheap, and I wasn’t with anyone so it was okay for awhile. I had tons of problems with AC in summers. I had plumbing issues constantly. I had to continue calling, and walking over to the office for someone to take ownership. The neighbors were nice people, but they didn’t always respect everyone. They would invite friends over, and have a live dj and party all night at times. Kids running in and out knocking on doors. Nice apartments for someone that is working on getting back on their feet. Very generous people and great communication on when things will get done.
