Truman Farm Villas Apartments

I toured Truman Farm villas yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Karla is a joy. She listened intently and understood what I was looking for; she took the time to answer all my questions. The residents we encountered seemed to like it there, I hope we will as well.

I am a fairly new resident at Truman Farm complex, and I have been overwhelmed at the friendly staff, maintenance personnel and the residents. Everyone is so friendly and nice that I thought it was just a newness thing, but the atmosphere has not changed at all. The manager Karla, goes above and beyond to help, answer questions and to just be friendly. Maintenance personnel are the same. The property is kept beautiful, and the maintenance request are done in a fast timely time frame. All the residents that I have come in contact with have been friendly and had nothing but wonderful things to say about living here. There is some kind of activity every week for the residents, so you can be as involved or not as you want to be with your neighbors. I put off writing this review waiting f

I stopped in to take a quick tour & get some info. The property was beautiful but the pricing is too high for this area. Lisa was so helpful & took me on an excellent tour of the property. She is a delight! She was kind, informative & answered all of my questions. I would have moved in next week if it were not overpriced.

This place is awesome. Timely response to maintenance requests, the grounds always look great, amenities aplenty, and the staff is always super supportive and friendly. My favorite thing about the property is how Karla and her staff go above and beyond to host events to create an even greater sense of community. Parades, Easter egg hunts, parties...it's so fun! We love Truman Farms Villas!

I have lived in Truman Farm Villas for 15 years + WE have a new Manager, Karla who is very experienced and respectful. The new Maintenance staff is great. It's kept up and I feel safe.This is a gated community. I love all the new events the Manger has initiated. We are located near shopping center and banks. Join us. Check it out.
