Rented from Main Street for 3 years at their Urban Studios property and I have nothing but good things to say about Jeremiah and the team. It’s quiet and clean and the neighbors are friendly and mostly stay to themselves. I never dealt with any bugs or pests. The layouts are beautiful and you get great natural light. I definitely recommend renting from them + it’s actually a great value for what you pay and honestly probably the best apartment complex around

Main Street Properties will always be the first place I recommend to anyone looking for a quality rental or property management company! I have rented with them for 4 years now, and although our tenancy has come to an end, they have always gone above and beyond for me and my family. They care about people as individuals and not as a corporation, and care about maintaining their properties as well. 10/10, would rent with them again if the opportunity arose. The team at Main Street Properties has been wonderful to work with. Kip, Joe, and the rest of the team have a caring, common sense approach to property management. I just started renting from Main Street Properties and have had the best experience so far! The crew was very helpful during the process of picking an apartment, signing the lease, and moving in. Since moving in, the maintenance crew fixed a couple small requests in a very timely manor. The owner of the company, Kip, is a great guy and has a staff that will treat you like a friend! Highly recommend if you're looking for a place around Grandview.
