Vicki helped my wife and I with the purchase of our first home and we were blown away with how communicative and helpful Vicki was. Regardless of how simple or complex our question was, Vicki answered it quickly and in an easy to understand way.Vicki even went so far as to provide daily updates on the mortgage rate so we could lock in the best rate possible. Vicki and the rest of the CMG team also made the actual mortgage application process a breeze. As an airline pilot, my pay schedule is a bit complex and I have heard horror stories from other coworkers during their mortgage processes.
