Natalie McNally at Elm Grove Companies was amazing to work with. This is my first experience with the company, and Natalie made the application process feel simple and stress-free from the start. She answered every question I had, explained everything clearly, and gave me step-by-step instructions on exactly what I needed so I didn’t overthink anything. What stood out most was how patient and supportive she was—she genuinely helped me feel at ease while completing the application. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, responsive, and truly helpful, I highly recommend Natalie. I’m looking forward to writing another review once I’m able to move into an apartment!

Monica is great and super professional and so knowledgeable. Our new property manager (not new to Elmgrove) Betsy is so good at her job. She is super responsive. Some residents at River Hill are a lot and she always meets everything with a smile and professional nature. Danny in maintenance is so efficient and always explains everything. So thorough at everything he does from changing a light bulb to dealing with dishwasher issues. Really impressed with Elmgrove these last several years. Also, they finally got an amazing company to take care of the driveway and hill at River Hill. For years I would not be able to get up the hill or have fallen multiple times. The last 2 winters have been amazing. Prompt and so well done with snow plowing and cleaning all walking areas. Big thumbs

I'm only leaving 4 stars so far bc it took so long for me to get in. It's a new development so theyre working out some kinks and it was only ever Natalie who got back to me and kept me up to date. I want to thank you Natalie McNally you have went above and beyond to make sure i got in and put up with me through all the process and even now are still the one both myself and a lot of the other tenants feel most comfortable going to for our needs and questions. She's an amazing person and honestly she needs far more help.

Gladys Cruz in Londonderry is an excellent representative for Elm Grove Properties. Her professional work ethics were only surpassed by her courteous and caring manner. Im very happy with my new apartment and the prompt attention to details by Gladys. I would highly recommend Wallace Farm to anyone seeking a new home.

The place was newly transformed from an old textile mill to apartments. There are apartments of different sizes. The management has tried to accommodate items on my wish list, and I really appreciate that. There are walk-in showers which is great when you get to a certain age. There's a very good sized laundry room with nice new machines. The kitchen is really a hallway with appliances in it, but there are lots of cupboards and a very large food storage cabinet. The rent can be paid online which makes it very handy and safe. Also, requests for any maintenance issue are made online as well. The building is usually very quiet, but there are children and a fair amount of dogs in the building that can sometimes be heard, but its more pleasant with the mixed population than senior housing
