I recently rented a place from them there were a couple problems to resolve. But they were very fast and accommodating fixing things. And also very good at communicating with me about when they were fixing things and keeping me up to date on appliance deliveries. Over all it's been a great experience renting from them.

Would give 0 stars if that were an option. We applied for a duplex for my family and I about a month ago through RPM. We were told it was $210 to apply, we paid that after being very clear that my family and I were in a horrible position right before the holidays with no where to go as of Dec 6th when we had to be out of our previous apartment. We were never contacted about a decision. I had to contact them to get a response, in which was told we were not chosen and the property had been rented to someone else.
