Vestawood Apartments

Nice neighborhood, close to everything you need for shopping, etc. Located in Vestavia and near Hoover city limits. Junior the maintenance supervisor is very knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues you may encounter. Parking in front of your building is a huge plus.

I have been here for almost a year and the tenants above me have kids that run and jump constantly. Reported it to management they stopped but have started it back up again. They need a designated area for dogs because the tenants especially the tenants above me do not clean up after them. My apartment is very nice it is quiet except for the tenants above me. My lease is up in July want be resigning just because of the tenants above me. Other than that I like it here. If they move I would stay.

I have lived here for almost a year now, and I really love this apartment complex as well as the property owner and staff. The apartments themselves are very spacious with big windows and plenty of trees around to provide privacy. It's a very quiet community and I have never experienced issues with noise or anything else. The property owner is very personable and trustworthy and gets to know all of the residents by name and the maintenance team are capable, timely, and do a great job with repairs and keeping the grounds clean. Overall I have had a great rental experience and would recommend this property.

I've lived here for 3 years and it is not a 3 years I want to look back at. The apartments were terrible!!! The only thing that kept me there was this amazing manager named Nina. They fired her I think because she was older and they wanted to bring in new computers for her to work on but she wasn't able to learn the new system or something. It was terrible one day I was sitting in her office talking to her, the next day she was gone. New manager no warning no nothing. She was the sweetest old lady you've ever met. She would make you feel like you were a family member. She had been there for years and really cared about the community. If you needed anything fixed it would usually be fixed within 3 hours. Love my apartment. Close to everything you can possibly need. Vestavia School System . Great neighborhood, very nice , quiet and affordable. Would recommend to anyone looking to move . Best feature, water/sewer included.
