Lovely apartment staff and complex. The dog park is a great feature and it’s right across the street from Wald Park and the library in the forest. Great location that’s very central and it’s very nicely furnished inside. Maintenance is quick to respond and there’s always cute community events going on in the office. The grills and pool are great amenities and it’s spotless inside the apartments. I would definitely move back if I’m ever in need of an apartment again!

I lived here for 3 years. It was the best apartment I have ever lived in and I have moved around a lot. Management is very approachable and helpful. Maintenance is extremely timely even with non urgent requests. Community is friendly and quiet and the area is very convenient with everything you need close by and a park across the street. Could not have asked for a better place to live when I was working in Birmingham.

Rain leaks every rainy day. I can't sleep because I'm nervous. The ceiling is about to collapse. The water flows like a waterfall all day because the water-flowing pipe falls, but it does not fix it until almost three months. The bathroom warehouse is full of mold. My bed and frame are all wet, but the manager says I can only be compensated if I have separate insurance. Even if I say I want to change this house, the manager says that I can go out only when I fill up six months and release a deposition. There has been no comfortable day since I moved into this house. My stress is severe because of my house.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have lived here for almost a year now and will be continuing to live here in the future. David in maintenance rocks! They are super speedy and reliable. They will always verify in person themselves that everything is running smoothly! Amanda is so helpful with everything to do with this property. She’s approachable and sweet. I love how she treats this entire community as family. They upkeep with the property very well and everything is kept pretty. I can’t rave enough about the apartments inside. It’s spacious, up to date, good quality appliances and materials, I’ve never had any issues. If there is, David and Amanda are always there to help you through it. I can’t see myself anywhere else. Any time I do, I become too picky because this place is truly 10/10

Super convenient location and probably the best apartment complex in town! A friend visited us briefly and could not believe how well kept the grounds are and how clean the pool is. Management is by far the best we've come across (and we've lived in many apartments complexes all over the country). New maintenance is awesome and always around to help. Neighbors are mostly friendly and courteous. Keep being awesome!
