Really well designed modern apartments with the best natural grounds. Next to local trails and within the Cahaba River watershed, great for pets and kids too

We have lived at the Vestavia Reserve apartments for over 3 years now and have loved our experience here! The complex itself has gone through many wonderful improvements over the past months and the management has always been wonderful with communication and any accommodations. Megan, Shenika, and Anna are lovely, friendly people we will miss! The apartments are in a great location and have numerous trails that lead to a park and elsewhere to walk on. The pool during the summer is awesome! The maintenance team was always very responsive and quick to come fix any issues we had in our place, which we appreciated ! I would have never moved in if it wasn’t for Megan and Shenika!! Such a personable and loving team. Maintenance is great and timely, Leni and Earl are great and trustworthy. Amazing community and SUPER pet friendly. I would recommend Vestavia Reserve to anybody who was new to the Birmingham area or had a dog.

My S/O and I moved in last July and we have absolutely loved our time here. Management is incredibly accommodating, maintenance is timely, and the community is lively and incredibly friendly/welcoming. During our tenure the complex has gone through numerous renovations and updates to keep the place in immaculate shape. They really care unlike the majority of multi-tenant management companies 5/5 stars… would recommend to anyone. Especially someone with a dog as there are walking trails and a very nice dog park.

Update after living here 4 months: Just wanted to update my review because Vestavia Reserve continues to impress me. It’s still so peaceful here, which I really value, and management has been consistently great. You are always welcomed with a genuine smile. Thank you Anna, Megan, and Shenika! They do fun little resident appreciation things like surprise snack boxes or flowers with thank-you notes at your door. My dog has also received treats more than once, which honestly just makes my day! On top of that, they’re actively improving things — redoing the pet spa, working on the mail room, and updating the clubhouse.
