MAA Liberty Park

EDIT: changed my review from 2 star to 1. They claim they have no record of my pet being there but I paid a monthly fee for him. They’re stating the entire unit’s carpet had to be replaced after us living there for two years.. I lived here from 2023-2026. I first moved here into a one bedroom apartment in the 800 building and I actually particularly enjoyed that residence. Plenty of parking, very nice neighbors and didn’t have to deal with mounds of dog poop covering every inch of the grass. I ended up getting into a relationship and needed to move into a bigger unit with my fiance and his son. If you're looking for an affordable, pet friendly and safe apartment, this is the perfect place for you!! I thoroughly enjoyed living here and the amenities are great. The maintence staff is also super kind and quick to come, usually the day of depending on what time you contact them, if not the day after. Additionally the front desk staff are super kind, specifically Tanjela. She remembers every face she sees and helps with anything you may need. There's also tons of parking and the gate closes at 6pm which is another safe feeling. At this apartment you don't ever have to worry about being bothered by staff as they only come by if you request for them too, and if they do come it's very rare just to do something quick! I really like living here! It's beautiful and everyone is so friendly. Kristen in the leasing office is such a joy, she is one of the reasons I decided to live here! The maintenance team is incredible and the complex decently priced. Definitely recommend!

This little community is super cute and looks like a prefect place to call home. Kristen in the front office was knowledgeable and kind. Such a joy to have greet you. The clubhouse and pool are perfect for summer time relaxation. I appreciate Kristen taking her time to show my son and I the community and the amenities that they have.

My wife and I have had the best customer experience with their staff member Kristen. She has been so warm and genuine, which makes the whole place feel even more homely and welcoming! Anytime we needed help with something, she always had the solution. Her professionalism is second to none, and her friendly atmosphere and aesthetic sense are simply unmatched.
