Harris Doyle Homes

Harris Doyle Homes built our new home and we absolutely love it. We enjoyed working with them and appreciate all their staff’s experience and support through the entire building process. Their assistance from planning, design, construction, closing, and even post close touch ups, has been timely, thorough, and stress free. We are very happy with our home, and having Harris Doyle Homes as our builder.

From my first appointment with, sweet and beautiful, Christie Cotter, to the end with the closing team, I was treated like I was their only customer. The builder assigned to my project, “TEB” Berryhill, kept the project rolling. If he told you he would do something, you could bet on it. He addressed any questions, which were very few, in a timely manner.and if I asked him to do anything, he took it and made it happen. The entire team was amazing. I had heard horror stories about building a home; not with HarrisDoyle!! My home was built in just four short months. I just can’t think of a thing that could have been done differently or better.

Where do I even begin! The people make the difference at Harris Doyle, and we were fortunate to have a great team while purchasing in Blackridge! Our agent was Andy and he was very helpful and personable and was there when we needed him, even just to stop by and say hello. Our builder was Henry Williams, who all of the neighbors spoke up before we met him. He takes pride in what he does and cares deeply that everyone is satisfied with what they are building, he works with you as things arise and is honest. We would give him an 11/10!! Our designer was Emily who is basically a magician with how she pulls your ideas together and brings them to life in the home! She helped me make so many decisions, advocated for us and was extremely patient! She even made us coffee when we came back to close

We had a new home built with Harris Doyle, we have been overall satisfied with the experience. From the design meeting and the build process everything went smooth with good communication from the builders Nate and Ross. Zac Speer did a great job helping while Nate was away serving our country. We have had a couple very minor issues after moving in and Zac Speer always responds within the hour to the care of the issue and always makes sure that we are satisfied. I would go through the experience again with Harris Doyle.

The greatest experience ever. Our home buying experience was genuinely exceptional. My first encounter was with the consulting agent Kristie. Her attitude was warm, inviting and welcoming they could have not placed a better person there.Step by step I got to meet the loan officer Stephanie Gant. She was exceptional tended to all my questions and took time to explain things, right after was Shannon for design took her time and guided us carefully throughout our selections. Then finally the builder Teb where the whole experience evolved. Very fast to respond to all my requests and got things done quickly. communication was consistent and clear. Teb and Kristie made the entire process smooth, transparent and more so stress free. I was updated at every stage and always made time to answer my
