I have had the pleasure of working with Sara Fletcher, community manager from Vertex, and I can confidently say she sets the standard for excellence. She is incredibly organized and keeps everything running smoothly, always staying one step ahead. I have lived at Governor's Point since 2011, and Vertex is the best management company we have had. They are prompt, professional and helpful. They have a ticket system for responding to emails. I have always gotten a response from an employee within 24 hours. If the issue will take a bit to resolve, they let me know that. If not, we usually resolve the concern by then. I have emailed them with a variety of issues ranging from odd plumbing issues, selling my condo and errors in billing. For all of these issues, they were very helpful and we resolved everything. Vertex is my favorite management company and I recommend them without reservation!
