Verona at District Heights

I am so delayed in providing this feedback but I am so glad I remembered. I want to share a thought about how the maintenance team has handled the snow and this property. I've lived back at this community for almost two years now. It was disgusting living here before. Never imagined I would need to return to an apartment style of living and let alone this community. I wrote a great review about my move in and the updates but I want to offer another. Much of the state of Maryland has had trouble clearing their properties. However, we were not one of the properties throughout MD that had that issue. In 2024 and in 2025 when there was threat of snow the men were outside salt bags on the ground, making sure walkways were treated for impact. The parking lot saw regular intervals of trucks bot

This has been one of the easiest and smoothest move in experiences I have ever had since living in Maryland. Femi added a great deal to that ease. I appreciate his patience with me as I was very anxious. I'm very pleased with my apartment!

if you don’t like controlled temperature and not having a parking spot these apts are not for you. they tell you you can get a reserved parking spot but there is no time on when you will get it, so if parking spots are filled you will have to park all the way in the back which is a nuisance. oh, and the trash is a far walk unless your apt is beside the trash. other than that it’s cool.
