This complex use to be a place to call home… However… My experience since leaving on this property… Trash always overflowing,,rushing & sloppy work done in your apartment from maintenance, roaches ,mice on property & in apartments…. People sitting on the front in fold up chair drinking in the summertime & decorating the yard like it their front yard of their house… Maintenance time to respond to tickets needs to improve… Tenant don’t pick up poop after their dogs, dogs being walked without leashes ,… Living here 11 years & no upgrades , although affordable… 7/8 visitors parking on the entire complex & complex has been transitioned with 3/4 property management along with property being sold to new ownership… No steady maintenance crew(temp company’s) When asked for my apartment to be

Have a water leak from upstairs bathtub Everytime they take a shower water runs down through my ceiling, reported it to the office on February 10 th it's now the first week of March my bathroom ceiling and wall over my tub is horrible I would greatly appreciate it this can be fixed immediately , I moved in March of 2024 I have not had any serious problems at that time the grounds were kept beautiful, the building stairway was very nice and clean the front entrance door stayed secure and locked not with paper jammed in the door catch or fire extinguisher laying on the floor propping the entrance door open I was really excited when I first moved in so nice and clean and quiet I hope it can get back to that.

So far everything has been okay I wish you guys would please put the lock back on our building door we been having problems with people that do not live in here staying in the utility room it about 5 that I have seen they are running in and out all hours of the night and please put a lock back on the door to the utility room thank you kindly.

My dishwasher has been broken since November, I've called the rent office several times, someone has even come out and looked at it, I was told they needed to get me another one. As of the date of this post, I have not received another dishwasher.
