I am a current resident and I am hoping posting this review I can get and response from corporate. I've lived on the property since 2017. I have since this summer July 2025 reached out to the regional property manager and the assistance property manager and corporate to have my ac an heat fixed among the long list of other things that need to be fixed in my apartment. The communication is poor rude and down right DISRESPECTFUL with the managers an staff the excuses as to why maintenance hasn't come to do anything is out this world. my ceiling in my kitchen is cracked and probably about to cave in. I have called corporate 2 weeks ago and still nothing. In my opinion I feel like I was handle with CARE when Mrs Toni was there BRING HER BACK PLEASE. This is very upsetting and frustrating. C

I’m a current resident of almost 2 years and I previously resided here 2020-2023 and I can say it is had definitely been an upgrade from staff to them cleaning up the neighborhood of riff raff it’s a lot more quiet I would recommend moving here

I’ve been here for 1 and a half now! Well-maintained facilities, responsive and friendly staff, a convenient location, and good community features.

Terrible, full of roaches, mold, mice and they never fix anything when you call till about two years later. The mice problem is the worst, everywhere you turn it’s another hole they created. It’s not enough traps in the world. And the complex will send out an exterminator that does absolutely nothing. It is completely unsanitary.There is dog poop everywhere you step in the grass and on the sidewalks. The playground is outdated and dangerous.They broke our mailboxes and forced everyone to use the ones at the beginning of the neighborhood which makes no sense. Also don’t have visitors come over because they are press to tow your damn car. Get your money’s worth and move elsewhere
