Avenue Apartments

I just moved into Avenue Apartment about a month now and I'm loving it, the apartment is amazing and the manager has been super nice and helpful. They're always responsive and make sure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend Avenue Apartments for anyone looking for a great place to live.

Harassing me about rent THE 2ND of the month when there is Mold in my bathroom that has given me peritonitis (Infection in my dialysis catheter) not once but TWICE and was hospitalized both times. The second time the bacteria was so bad I was draining blood out of my of Cather which is in my stomach. If it happens again I have to get surgery! Rats eating through the floor boards holes so big I tried to fill it but noticed the entire floor board is gone, eating our clothes, shoe boxes, sofa and food. Droppings all over our brand new sofa set. I was told cardboard attracts them so I took the fluids I use for dialysis out the boxes they are biting holes into my dialysis fluids. Ok where do i start… so many complaints, first move in a month literally after moving in someone vandalized my truck, the rental off didnt seem to give one shit beside a disable vehicle on the property as if i asked this to happen…The mice problem only seen 2 but I had to do the work to seal My own unit NOT maintenance. I only seen a Pest control 2 times. They walked from the kitchen to the bathroom not doing anything. The amount of noise the structure in the building sucks. Thought its not the neighbors fault (sweet family by the way) My ceiling vibrates and creeks from the neighbors walking. It’s really loud sometimes sounds like stomping almost. Gotta deal with people sitting in the hall being loud knowing they don’t live there, think they should secure the building and parking lot. It

I moved here about a week ago. The customer service was amazing. The person I dealt with was Karyn Payton. She was great and very helpful with everything. I have no complaints at all. The things I needed fix was fixed right away. Maintenance has been on it. Thank you again Karyn for the easy transition into my apartment. I will definitely recommend this complex to anyone who ask how it is.

I love living at Avenue Apartments because Ms Cristina and her staff are professional and make sure your concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Travis and Collin the maintenance for the property are awesome and very thorough when it comes to fixing issues and concerns. I’ve lived here for 5 years and 5 before this. I have watched turnovers in the office and staff but now it’s just right
