If you are looking for a Nice Apt Unit/ location in forrestville Area PLEASE READ!! After Living here for 5 years I can Now Say( even before now) that Dunhill South is Exactly what you see is what you Get Day & Night Stephanie in tbe Rental office is very professional&helpful Property is well maintenanced all year round All maintenance issues are addressed in a Timely Manor NO Creapy criters Dumpsters are emtied regularly Always a place to park Even On holidays Reasonable rental Rates/ mimnimum increases yearly ( affordable) cosidering Buildings are always clean.. .laundry room ( convienient/ clean I never see people Loitering Mostly Quiete Its been a really stress free living expierience It is THE Best Apartment Complexin in District heghts Md.

The apartments are spacious but the young lady named Stephanie, the works in the rental office is very rude and unprofessional. She either former know what she’s doing or needs more help. She lives on the property but is hardly ever in the rental office. The phones are never answered and it is hard to get maintenance out for repairs. The reason she gets a way with it is due to lack of accountability. It was very difficult to get in contact with someone from the corporate office. It took me some time but we got through. The reason why they weren’t being alerted to the concerns about Stephanie is because AI is responding to the bad reviews online. Anyway. If you’re looking someplace that has cheap rent, terrible customer service, bad carpet, weak floors and thin walls, this is your place. Bu

Steven the maintenance man is WONDERFUL!! I had an incident where my shower knob broke and the water would not turn off , I called Steven and he came in less than an hour to fix the issue! He also put my hallway and room closet doors back on track only a day after submitting a request. Steven is very efficient and has been a huge help and lovely addition to dunhill south :)

Idk what that last review is about but Stephanie is absolutely wonderful she is very reliable and is always ready and available to help when anything happens. I’ve lived on the property for about three years and I just absolutely love the her and maintenance . When you tell her you are having a problem in your apartment she gets the problem fixed as soon as possible. I couldn’t ask for a better property manager.

My review is regarding James, the maintenance person here at Dunhill for the last 4 years or so. He's very polite, respectful, considerate and shows up to do his job. He greets me with a friendly "how are you" whenever I see him. He takes care of the maintenance issue in a timely manner, and answers my questions when I ask why he's fixing something a certain way and makes me feel comfortable. On occasion he even offered to take the trash out when he's leaving. He is an amazing young man. Thank you.
