From day one, the leasing team made everything seamless, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. Denise was phenomenal—professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Diana and Jennifer were just as incredible—always friendly, welcoming, and so helpful. This team completely took the stress out of apartment hunting and made me feel confident and excited about my new home. Hands down one of the best leasing experiences I’ve ever had. Living here truly feels wonderful—the community is welcoming and the apartments are fantastic. The staff, especially Denise, has been exceptional, always going the extra mile to make everything smooth, from the first introduction to after you move in. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s a great place to call home!

I have been living here 6 months and have no complaints. I love my apartment and it is quiet all around me. The girls in the office are all so nice and helpful, the maintenance & cleaning crews are too. All very hard working.. keeping the place looking great! Vermella has events all the time to meet and socialize. Hackettstown is great town with all kinds of events downtown and it's a plus living near the best apples in NJ!
