They are a wonderful stable team of professional, friendly, and personable staff that are willing to go the extra mile, not only with myself but with the client. Day to day operations with H&S has always been stable and a pleasure. Employees are long term and happy- no constant change of contact. I have worked with H&S for just about a year now. The folks in the office have been great to work with. The work has been straight forward, no big surprises and as much or as little work as you want. Just remember that they do not pay you weekly.

H&S is a great company to work with. The staff that works in the office is very polite and professional and as long as you demonstrate the same kind of manners and professionalism, they will back you up if you are treated rudely by insureds, property managers, agents, etc. The only requirement from H&S is that you make phone calls, schedule appointments, visit properties and write up the reports in a timely manner. In other words, just do your job correctly. They expect the same kind of professionalism out of all associates and independent contractors. They understand unplanned events happen such as car trouble or you or a family member gets sick. All they ask in those circumstances is let them know as soon as possible so they can take the necessary actions to keep the situation
