Mansfield Village

My mother has been living at Mansfield Village Apartments over 5 years. The apt is very nice. The leasing office manager is nice. The best part is the maintenance manager. He is so helpful and nice. He is very responsive and takes care of anything in the apartment as soon as possible. His team is so great at fixing any issues. It has been a nice experience so far.

My mother, father and I have been living here for 24 years, and for those years, nothing was being done, Maintenance did very little in terms of repairs. Now that Omar, the new Property Manager has been here, the Parking lots are being paved and lines are striped, and things are getting done! We have been in the same apartment for 24 years, and it was never renovated before we moved in. When Omar came in and saw our bathroom still had the original yellow tiling, and the windows had never been replaced, he and his guys immediately came in, gutted and completely redid the bathroom, and we have brand new windows as well! Omar and his guys did a fantastic job! If you need something and you dont get someone right away, they will get back to you. Rest assured, things will be done!

They ghost charge you extra money every month. It says free for e-checks which is straight paying from your bank account which i do. They still try to charge me $15 more than my lease! Someone contact me and let me know why. Omar from Maintenance is the worst at helping you. Ive told we have squirrels in our attic 3 or 4 times over the past 6- 10 months and he does NOTHING! HW JUST DOEA NOT CARE ABOUT HIS JOB. IVE REPORT3D IT TO THE RENTAL OFFICE TOO AND THEY DONT GIVE A SHIT EITHER! DO NOT RENT HERE. ITS THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL LIVING

Omar, Giraldo and the rest of the crew were amazing. Very generous people, trustworthy, and quick response to any repair issues! First apartment complex I have experienced where the maintenance was quick to respond and easy to deal with and the repair was done correctly and efficiently ! Super satisfied with Omar and his crew ! Thank you !!

My girlfriend and I have been here almost 3 years. It was our first home. so many beautiful memories and wonderful neighbors. Amazing maintenance, the countless times we locked ourself out and we had to call Omar to unlock the door, he always did it with a smile on his face. no matter the time. Anytime we needed something he and his team were on it. anyone who moves into our old apartment and have Elvin and Krystal as neighbors are so lucky! Mansfield Village made it easy moving in and out. thank you guys for the amazing years we had here.
