RENTERS BEWARE:IT WAS RECENTLY TAKEN OVER BY NEW MANAGEMENT AND LET ME TELL YOU IF U THOUGHT IT WAS BAD ENOUGH WELL HERE GOES: THEY ARE RAISING THE RENT ALMOST $150 NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THEY ARE GONNA CHARGE FOR WATER AND SEWAGE NOW ON TOP OF IT ALL WHAT A JOKE AND TO HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR ITS OCCUPANTS.DO NOT RENT A 2ND FLOOR APARTMENT U WILL REGRET IT THE FLOORS ARE UNEVEN I HAVE MOST OF MY FURNITURE WITH STUFF UNDER IT TO MAKE EVERYTHING SIT LEVEL CAUSE MY FLOORS ARE ALL UNEVEN NOT TO MENTION THEY DONT TELL YOU THE ROOFS OVER THE 2ND FLOOR STAIRS ARE NOT INSULATED SO I HOPE U ENJOY AN EXTREMELY HIGH ELECTRIC BILL DUE TO NO INSULATION DONT RUN MULTIPLE APPLIANCES AT ONCE THE ELECTRICAL TENDS TO TRIP THE FUSES DUE TO OLD/POORLY DONE ELECTRICAL,MY SHOWER I HAVE WATCHED IT PEEL OFF I

I've lived here at Countryside Apartments since January 1, 2021. After going through a difficult few years, it feels so good to feel at home here. I love my new home!!! The rooms are spacious and clean. I also have a washing machine and dryer in my apartment... which with my busy life, is very important to me. I have wonderful neighbors, and a porch that I often sit out on at night. Hope and Vanessa in the office are always very friendly, and helpful, if I need anything. Paul and the rest of the staff here are also great. If something is broken, all I have to do is call Hope in the office, and it is quickly taken care of. Hats off to Hope and Vivian, got treated with the up most respect from day 1, made the leasing process super quick and professional at all times. Grounds are well kept and the complex is beautiful. looking forward to my lease starting! **UPDATE** 2 year stay Even though every good thing must come to an end I am deeply sad that it did. Due to some health circumstances I do have to part ways but What a great apartment complex community to be a part of, Hope, Vivian, Paul, Jason I couldn’t say enough good things about all of you and living here, my apartment was cozy with great views, maintenance was always on there stuff, lots of room on the property and just a pleasure to live here. The staff at Countryside are fantastic; right from the start with the tour of the apartment, to the lease signing, to any maintenance needs and through my entire stay there they were wonderful. Hope in the front office is easily reachable and very helpful. The maintenance crew are all very personable, professional, very respectful, and prompt with any issues. My dryer and dish washer were both replaced very quickly after one phone call to the front office when they stopped working. Apartments and neighborhood are quiet, clean, and very comfortable. 100% would recommend the staff and facilities here.

It has been such a pleasure living in this apartment complex for the past 6 months! It feels very safe and it is quiet, as well as being extremely clean. Hope in the Leasing Office is such a sweetheart and is always making sure everything is running smoothly, along with the hard working maintenance crew! I can definitely see myself staying here for more years to come.
