I’ve been living in this apartment community for a year, and I can confidently say it has been a positive experience overall. The community here is vibrant; I’ve met some truly friendly neighbors who make the environment feel welcoming. One of the standout aspects of my experience has been the exceptional service provided by our leasing consultant, Aleia. She has always been prompt and attentive, quickly addressing any questions or requests I’ve had, whether it was related to maintenance or lease inquiries. Her dedication and friendly demeanor have made settling into my new home much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, I appreciate the support and sense of community in this apartment complex.

I have been in my apartment for 2 weeks now with no heat. It’s getting cold and they can’t seem to work things out with this issue. The apartment had to be cleaned after I moved in and its still was not cleaned properly. I have taken pictures and videos to send to management. I can’t say enough about Natasha. She is the best. She goes above and beyond to get my issues resolved. She deserves a promotion and a raise. Don’t get me wrong, I love my apartment, but with all the problems I have with it I feel that I made the wrong decision to move into this place. I have ask for a discount on funds I paid to move into because when it’s cold outside, I have to sleep in my car which is unacceptable.

I really enjoy living here. The management team is friendly and approachable, and I haven’t had many maintenance issues since we rarely need them. I love the amenities, especially having 24/7 access to the gym. The only thing I wish could improve is the gate, as it doesn’t always stay working for long. Overall, the community is welcoming, and I really appreciate the space in my apartment. It’s a comfortable place to call home.

I've been living at this complex for 5 years now and had an excellent experience with Tammia and Michael. I stopped in the office because someone was parked in my reserved parking spot and she immediately came out with me to see who was parked in my reserved spot got their tag number to see if it belonged to anyone at the complex. I appreciate her genuine approach, patience and professionalism. I also want to thank the manager Michael for the information on getting cars towed out of our reserved spots going forward. You guys rock!
