Venus is the most amazing realtor. I mentioned to her in gest that I thought I was her only client, she said that is her goal for all her clients. I received two duplexes and a house after a divorce and after I moved to Florida. All i's were dotted and t's crossed, she did everything for me from providing and arranging for repairs and opinions, and there were many. Without me in Denver, she did everything a property owner would need to do if they were local. There are not enough words to describe all the kindness she showed. In addition to a stellar realtor, she is now a very good friend of mine because of her pure heart.

Venus went above and beyond to sell my house during a buyer's market. She handled everything for me from staging, cosmetic improvements, scheduling contractors and a million little things. While my house was up for sale, and I had already moved to another city, a totally unforseen issue came up, Venus sprang into action and personally resolved the problem for me, eliminating my stress. She is amazing! Venus was very patient with me, kind, honest, responded immediately to calls/texts, answered all my questions, knew the market and exactly how to price my house to sell. I'm so thankful for her. I highly recommend Venus Howard.
