This is a great opportunity to live affordably and raise a family. Management cares about the safety of the tenants, our well being, and the overall structure of the property in which case all policies and guidelines are properly enforced. The pantry has mold in it, from a leak from upstairs, the sink was always leaking in the kitchen, the heater is broken, we froze all winter! And on top of that the toilet was broken and kept calling my husband finally fixed it cuz they couldn’t, the manager don’t do her job unless it’s evicting a person, this is supposed to be housing and it’s not my rent went from$800 to $1200 without me singing any papers! Sonia acts like she is high class when really commerce city has always been the ghetto! Sonia acts like she is better than everyone around her! She is not a very good manager and finest need to be in the office Sonia don’t like to help anyone either, they have no team to keep this place going! The maintenance crew is worthless. They can’t fix anything right.My Daughter can’t even get the simplest repairs done correctly…I have to go do the repairs myself.As a maintenance manager I would never let my property fall into such disarray…The grounds look like a dump. Apparently the crew just shows up and doesn’t care about their residents…The whole crew needs to be replaced…

This apartment place use to be pretty bad. A bad place to live and and have children, but they have cleaned up the place a whole lot, from getting rid of tenants to fixing the place up and remodeling the apartments. They really are making this a safe place to live and a safe place to to raise children. The apartments are getting a major make over so their doing a good job at cleaning the place up. I would now like to live here and believe its safe for the children as well, so well done management. Keep up the good work.

These apartments are horrible they never fix anything this leak has been going on for over a week now it's sad that just because we live in low income apartments doesn't mean we should get treated this way...wonder how much mold has build up
