The Range at Reunion

I lived here for two years (2022–2024) and really enjoyed the bright, south-facing windows. The location was a major plus—short commute to work, easy access to the mountains, King Soopers, and the rec center. I also felt safe; packages were often left untouched even when I was away for a week. That said, my experience was impacted by inconsiderate neighbors in my building. There was frequent door slamming, heavy footsteps on the stairs, cabinets being slammed, and occasional loud music. Living on the top floor helped somewhat. I also wasn’t a fan of the kitchen exhaust fan that runs 24/7, though I eventually got used to it. I kept my apartment clean and organized, but noticed that furniture and surfaces would often collect a fine white dust. I kept to myself and had minimal interaction

I have Lived at The Range at reunion for just under a year now and up until they switched property management I have had no issues. Within the last month AMC has taken over and it has been an absolute disaster since. Mary in the front office who is the Property manager had incorrect rent demands prematurely posted to my door 2 times. Then called my phone with an attitude threatening to send me to the attorneys. I tried informing her that I work in property management and know the laws in regards to demands and she immediately cut me off and tried using my position in the industry as a way to talk down on me. I went in to the office with physical proof that her or her employees have posted legal demands with incorrect information to my door 2 times since she would not let me speak over the

I really love living here, the buildings are just about 2 years old and the property is really nice. I'm in a large 2 bedroom and couldn't be happier. The Maintenance men Jean and Marcus do a great job with keeping up the grounds and whenever I have put in a work order they have gotten to it the same day. When I first leased Jazz was my leasing agent and she did a fantastic job getting me moved in. I heard she was promoted to an Assistant Manager and its been keeping her busy. Since then I've worked with Mary who is the Community Director and she has been very helpful and always friendly. I had to wait a while after moving in to get a garage but once I got one its easy to see why there was a wait as they are very spacious. I have lived here since the opening of the apartments. Since the new leasing company has taken over it has become a much better place to live. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. The ladies in the office are always smiling. All the maintenance are super helpful, however Marcus goes above and beyond. Every time you see him he is always working and smiling. He says hi every time he sees you. Super respectful and super helpful. * At first I was gonna delete my review and write a new one but I figure I would just add to this one. When I originally wrote this review I was happy here. I have now formulated different opinions. I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone that has children. I stopped by to look at the property. As I was done talking to the leasing office, this nice guy named Marcus approached me and told me more about the complex. He only had positive feedback about the facility and its community which left me feeling better about my impromptu visit. Little did I know Marcus is a maintenance worker at this place. I never saw a maintenance guy happy to work at his job. He had a nice smile on his face and gave a lot information about the property. It left an impression on me and I will be inquiring further about possibly moving in here.
