The Landing Apartments At Greyhound Park

Highly recommend. These apartments are really nice. Price is good. I never have an issue with parking. Maintenance is always done is a timely matter. Leasing and assistant manager are always so nice and helpful. I love that they always have events for the tenants. Cleaning of the building is always good, hallways clear and smell good The only bad thing i have to say is that some of my neighbors in the building are dirty. Have no respect for anything nice. If its dirty i blame the tenants, just saying.

My lease is up. Before I moved in I had taken pictures and I sent them, but it didn’t send until three months later because the images were so big. I sent them before I moved out to them again with the timestamp and they’re saying they’re not gonna be able to honor it. In a court of law, the burden of proof will show that those photos were taken prior to moving in so if need be court will happen. So be aware that they’ll do anything to keep your deposit. On top of that while I live there the fire alarms go off and won’t shut off. As well as during the winter, they will shut off the AC. And I had a baby and it would get to like 80° at night and the heat can cause SIDS. I complain about it in the next day it was turned on. But they just wanna have full control over your apartment. They send

It's definitely one of the best places to live. I've been living here for a year now and I would highly recommend it. If you have any problems, they always try to help you with whatever you need. The service is always excellent, and the building and everything else is always very clean. It's one of the best places to live. Everyone in the office is always willing to help you with the best attitude.

Honestly pretty bad they turned the AC off for “winter weather” but it’s spring , infested with roaches.🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 They’ve sprayed our home 2 times now and they are still here 😳. Neighbors constantly playing loud music at all hours of the day and night. Honestly for the roaches 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳and the leaks i wouldn’t be surprised if this place gets shut down. 🪳 ❗️❗️ROACHES BEWARE❗️❗️ ROACHES BEWARE❗️❗️ Update : lease is up , we went to get some remaining things from our apartment and the amount of roaches I saw … DISGUSTING. they sprayed our apartment not once not twice BUT 6 different times with two separate company’s. The whole complex is full of dirty people and loud and inconsiderate neighbors. I would NOT recommend living here unless you want to roommate with roaches. DISGUSTING. BEWARE OF ROACHES
