Vanowen 48

I’ve been living at Vanowen, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The manager Siomara has been incredibly helpful — always quick to respond, answer questions, and address any concerns. Coming from Texas, I truly appreciate how safe and well-managed the community is. It’s been a great place to call home!

I've been enjoying my stay here. The apartment has a great amount of space, and the building is new and well maintained. I really appreciate the underground parking, it's convenient and sheltered. Siomara was very nice and helpful throughout the process of reserving my unit and I am thankful for her assistance.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Vanowen 48, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the property and the professionalism of the property manager, Siomara. She was incredibly polite and attentive throughout the entire visit, showing us every detail of the property, including the garage, and breaking down the move-in process step by step. Siomara answered all of our questions before we even had a chance to ask, which speaks to her knowledge and thoroughness. While our move-in date is closer to the end of October, and the unit may be taken by then, Siomara assured us that she would follow up with us if it's still available. We were very pleased with the experience overall!
