Valley Terrace Apartments

Thank you, John for responding to my requests when needed. He fixed our bathtub knobs, the toilet tank, the fan in the bathroom, the electric stove burners, and recently he tried to stop a high pitch sound from next door or above floor that we hear in the kitchen or bathroom. He’s a handyman. The environment of this apartments is nice, clean, safe, and quiet most of the time.

My cousin is looking for a place to live. If John and Diane Are still management I would never suggest her go to Valley terraced apartments but if John and Diane were gone and not living there anymore I just might send a few referrals. And updates in this place are a must. Lived at Valley Terrace for 10 years with a 1950's stove. The heat does not hold in the apartment because the windows are super thin and leak air from the outside. And don't get me started on the super unsafe outdated electrical in these apartments

Great place to live the management keeps everything well maintained. It's a peaceful environment also with a pool. The community including management and tenants are inviting and welcoming to all it's residents.

I have been living in this location for 10 years. John, the manager of this location is great and he is always on top of things. Always available and keeps the place clean and in shape. Definitely recommend this place.
