This is our second time purchasing a property with Raquel which I believe speaks volume in her work ethic because if we were to buy another property it would once again be with Raquel. Raquel was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and truly listened to my needs and goals for selling the home that my parents were residing in at the time of the sale. She was patient with several hiccups that we encountered due to the state of the home and my mother's health at the time. She assisted in every way possible, even in matters that I did not come to her for help, however, had explained to her the situation, she would jump in and offer assistance. Such as when I was not having time to do a deep cleaning of the home she found potential cleaning services for me that were trustworthy and high rated.
