This place is excellent. I wish I could have lived here forever. Peaceful, quiet, calm community. The manager Jessica is a great manager you can tell she genuinely cares about the people and the property in whole. The maintenance Atilya is great too, always takes care of any maintenance request, has a can do attitude, and a friendly guy. Overall best place to live in Castro valley.

Living at Quail Hill Apartments has been a truly wonderful experience! From day one, Jessica has been incredibly approachable and kind. She’s always quick to respond to maintenance requests and goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and cared for. I am a new resident at Quail Hill Apartments in Castro Valley, couldn’t be happier. Very clean facility, it’s gated , I feel safe, it’s quiet, and most of all the staff is phenomenal so helpful and attentive to any need that you have.

The apartment looks exactly as shown on the website. The area is cleaned and peaceful.

If you’re looking for a quiet, calm neighborhood with tons of hidden gems around, you’ll love it here! I thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Quail Hill. Jessica is the absolute sweetest, very responsive and welcoming, would definitely recommend and would come back if I could!
