Aileen made the sale of my house as stress-free and easy as possible. Since I had already located to in California. I was happy Aileen took charge. She is organized.She organize all contractor work that was needed in arranged for stager, cleaning crew and inspection people and met them there. Aileen goes above and beyond what is expected as a realtor. She suggested the list price and managed the showings and reviewed multiple offers selling over the list price. Ailleen Matteson is a great recommendation from our realtor here in Henderson, NV. She is very detail- oriented, kind, caring and most of all, patient. My father is 85 years old with very bad hearing, and Aileen was so patient in explaining the process over and over again to him. On top of that, she had to deal with me and my sisters. My sister and I live in NV and the other sister is in CA. A lot of times she had to speak separately to one sister because she missed the group call. There's a lot of other great things I can tell you about Aileen, but I don't want this review to turn into a book. I don't think we can a better realtor in the bay area than Aileen.

Worked with Aileen Matteson on the sale of my uncle's townhouse in Livermore California. She was a pleasure to work with. With me living in Minnesota, her and her associates were the boots on the ground people getting it done. She was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Would highly recommend her if you are buying or selling.
