Best place to call home. Well maintained lobby, clean and very respectful neighbors. The reception, service maintenance and leasing office folks are very helpful and diligent in supporting the tenants. Maintenance calls are quickly handled. Great views all around from the towers, close to anything and everything.

I love living at the towers! My unit is spacious, plenty of storage, the building is kept well. I feel safe. There is plenty to do in our building and our many amenities help me stay active.

After living in the 3000 building for almost ten years, I've found my experience to be mostly pleasant. I've found the office and maintenance staff, as well as the concierges, to be very helpful. The Social Room has been wonderful, in regards to residents having a place for activities. Now for the negatives. (1) On more than one occasion I've put in orders for replacement windows. Our windows are poorly sealed and we have had to seal them ourselves with paper, in order to keep the cold air and moisture out. On one occasion we had to have part of our carpet replaced because water from the window and wall flooded our bedroom. Also the screens have holes which don't allow us to enjoy fresh air because bees and other insects have access to our apartment. (2) The elevators are adequate

Safe, convenient apt.living. Management is there for any of your needs. Maintenance usually repairs within 24 hrs. Many activities available for all ages. It is an older building, but structurally sound.

Staff is very responsive and amicable. Needs some improvement on trash chute always backing up on weekends. During the week repairs are taken care of rapidly.
