We had our stucco inspection done on October 1, 2021. Matt came out with another person and they performed the inspection and we received the report a week later. They finished the inspection pretty quickly and even the seller thought it was fast. This is why it was fast... They missed inspecting an entire wall.. which unfortunately had very severe damage. We renovated our fireplace and when we opened up the a sliver of the drywall next to the fireplace, my contractor noticed mold. So we took down about 4 more feet of drywall and as you can see in the picture, we have severe mold issue, so bad that it compromised the plywood.
