I would strongly advise any new communities considering an HOA management company to avoid this one. Our community is managed by Ty Slater and Ellyssa Aureus, and ongoing issues are not being resolved. We are repeatedly given conflicting or inaccurate information, and tickets submitted through the Town Square app are marked as “read” and closed without any action being taken. Communication is consistently poor, and follow-through is almost nonexistent. I have asked to escalate these issues to someone above them and was told there is no one higher up, which is very concerning and explains why problems continue unresolved. Basic services are not being completed in a timely manner, yet residents are still expected to pay in full. This has created unnecessary frustration and safety concerns

Our community is doing business with Associa. To say the treatment from our property manager is subpar is an understatement. We have an ongoing issue in our community (The Brownstones at the Valley Forge). There are many community members requesting Associa to uphold the bylaws. There are delayed answers and no sense of accountability from the management company. Rules are being made on the fly about how to execute a simple thing like an election. Yet this business has stood there while the Homeowners rights are not respected. They need to be an impartial entity who oversee the bylaws are upheld. That is yet to happen. Before that, any emails to the property manager would go answered for weeks. I have attempted to include upper management in email communications to no avail. There is a cat

The NIGHTMARE still continues! Was told that a 2nd “EMERGENCY “ check would be cut today Monday February 9th on or after 3:30PM. Nothing but crickets. We are now 132 days from being charged for HOA after the house was sold. WORST experience I ever had dealing with ANY management company! From October 1st until February 1st was told that "a new check is in the mail" three times. On February 4th they had to cut me an "Emergency" check and made it out incorrectly. NIGHTMARE Company, if you do not have to work with them, I strongly advise that you do not! PS. I had to highlight one star in order to post otherwise I would have selected a negative star if it was an option.

We are closing on a condo managed by Mid-Atlantic in a few days. The generic welcome document they provided to our realtor states moving in requests a $500 deposit and scheduling, but neither my husband nor I can reach Mid-Atlantic. We’ve been calling and emailing multiple times with no success. (The email address listed in the welcome document is a non-monitored email, so what’s the point?) For such a high HOA (over $600/momth), this kind of non-existent customer service is unacceptable. I can’t sign up for TownSquare nor LuxerOne probably due to Mid-Atlantic hasn’t put my info on file—but they are clearly aware of the transition as the lender had to obtain documents from Mid-Atlantic.

Highly disappointed with Associa! Despite of paying high HOA fees they fail to do the base minimum upkeep of the community! Common area grass has completely dried up, grass not mowed efficiently & the bushes outside the houses have not been trimmed in almost 2 years resulting in blocked pathways! If you are looking for a management company i would steer clear of this one! Community- Malvern Crossing
