AVE King of Prussia

I was a resident at AVE for over 2 years, and have all good things to say about this! We toured every apartment complex in the town center and AVE really just blew us away, such a great choice. The maintenance crew were always on top of any request needed (often same day or next morning!). Custodial crew were always so friendly, the front desk ladies and security were simply top notch! All of the admin people were incredible too, it was legitimately bittersweet when we left to go to a new house. Amenities, room quality, etc were the best. It felt like we were living in a luxury hotel. Highly recommend!

I’m going to be honest, it’s a beautiful building, excellent design, amenities. But the stand out, for me, is the people that work there. They are friendly, they listen, they were helpful even when I thought it wasn’t going to work. I’ve only bought so renting was daunting. No worries, not here. I’m still floored by the excellent quality of the managers and crew. A top notch professional experience. And like I said it’s the best place to live KOP.

The move into Avenue went very smoothly. Thanks to Julie who put me into a beautiful apartment couldn't ask for more. As well as Blair who showed me the model apartments. She was wonderful explaining everything to me. I also want to thank Sharon who was also a very big help to me. The maintenance here is wonderful as well. This apartment building is spotless cleaning and the Amenities and events I am enjoying since I moved here. Again a special thanks to Julie and Blair couldn't have done it without your help.

We had an excellent 5 week stay in a furnished apt. The mgmt and terms are more than fair. Facilities are modern and spotlessly clean. People staying here were uniformly nice and polite. The place exceeded our expectations and we plan to return in future years for summer stays. Also, the local community is well planned for apt and townhouse living with abundant convenient shopping, restaurants, services , short access to the Schuylkill Expwy and Pa Tpk , and the King of Prussia mall 1/2 mi away.

We can’t say enough good things about The Ave! Moving across the country was a big step, and everyone at the Ave made the entire process so much easier than we ever imagined. From the very beginning, Blair was incredibly responsive, patient, and thorough—answering every question, sending detailed photos of the apartments, and even walking us through local amenities so we'd feel more comfortable moving to a new state. They coordinated everything seamlessly—from application to lease signing—and went above and beyond to ensure the apartment would be move-in ready upon our arrival. What really stood out was the personal attention and genuine care. We never felt like just another client; everyone at the Ave truly went the extra mile to help us feel confident and supported during a stressful tr
