Look… I’ve lived here for 3 years and for the first two years under Panco Management I had a great experience. Amazing amenities and a CLEAN place to live. They recently switched to Panzer management and this place has become disgusting. Mainly the exterior… the dog waste is absolutely disgusting! The amount of poop is absurd. It’s a biohazard and completely unsanitary and smells horrendous! If you have a dog expect to have to inspect their paws and your shoes after every walk. Yes, your shoes because it is even all over the sidewalks. I won’t gross you out from all the photos but just trust it is there and it is bad. I've been living in this apartment for over two years and have had an excellent experience. The management team is outstanding, always quick to respond and resolve any concerns. Their attention to detail and commitment to residents' comfort is evident. The maintenance team is equally efficient, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly. The location is unbeatable—within an 8-minute walk, you have everything you need, from restaurants and grocery store to a spa and nail salon. It’s a perfect blend of convenience and comfort. I moved to this complex after countless tours at the apartments in the area and chose The Point because it has the most luxury feel with great amenities and location to town center. The Point is always very clean and hosts great resident events to make friends. My apartment was perfect upon move-in and they are very responsive with questions. I plan on staying beyond the year of my lease. This is the best apt I have lived in!

I feel very uncomfortable and violated. I was on vacation last week and my camera went off. A maintenance guy entered my apartment and took random photos of me and my daughters clothes and personal belongings. I sent an email and got a response a day later saying that he had to show that he couldnt access my window because my couch was in the way. Then why are yall taking multiple photos of my entire living room with all my personal items exposed and why was I never notified about any of this? This place has no respect for your privacy. For a building that is supposed to be luxury and high end there are definitely some shady practices going on.

Hey, I just want to take a moment to thank both the management team and the maintenance staff for their quick response and excellent service. After I placed my call to fix the trash disposal and do some fixing for the bathroom paint, they showed up right away, were professional, respectful, and efficient in fixing the issues in my apartment. It’s such a relief to know that any concerns are taken seriously and handled with care. I truly appreciate how management communicates and how the maintenance team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly before they leave. It makes living here so much more comfortable knowing I can count on such a reliable team. Thank you again for your dedication and hard work — it doesn’t go unnoticed!
