I came in to deposit cash, and when I was asked for my ID, I explained that it was in my car because I had just gotten out of the hospital after being in a medically induced coma for over a month. Instead of showing any understanding or willingness to help, I was simply told to use the ATM. I explained that I had already tried that, which is why I came to the counter in the first place.
