Remington Cove Apartments

When I first moved in a little over 5 years ago, living here was excellent with good management. And maintenance staff continue to be awesome. However, the quality of living here has declined over time with new management. My valid concerns are ignored. Neighbors are often disrespectful. There is often weed smoke and sometimes cigarette smoke in the hallway, despite the property supposedly being smoke-free, according to my lease. The hallways are disgusting to the point that it is embarrassing to have guests visit. It’s a disgrace that the property has deteriorated to this condition. I was in the parking garage and a resident had their car parked in the wash stall. They had the hood of the car raised and were spraying this engine degreaser. (See photo below). There has been nothing but positivity and great things since my move in day. It’s been a blessing to move into a place that cares and asks how are you liking your new home. Kris and Allie are the best, they care and they listen to concerns or questions in general you may have. I highly recommend this place.

I adore our property staff! This is our third year living in Remington Cove apartments and I have zero complaints! The maintenance crew takes care of the property beautifully and respond quickly to maintenance requests. Kristine and Alli our amazing front office staff are kind and caring. I’m sure we will live here until we purchase a home. Thank you for all you do!! You are truly appreciated!

I like living here it is peaceful and I trust the maintenance staff. Emails to the community come off a little heavy handed sometimes and probably do more harm than good (exe. Telling people it is in their lease to keep tabs up to date, and then threatening to report them to the police. Whether it is in the lease or not, I can’t imagine that’s going to get a positive response from the people you are addressing). Value is great for what you are getting and it was simple to get details sorted and re-sign my lease. I would recommend living here to my friends if that says anything. Active janitorial keeps the place clean as well and that IS APPRECIATED. Underground garage parking and heating/cooling in my apartment is awesome. Great location as well.

Apartment look nice. I didn't get to tour one but they look very nice from the picture I was shown. Kris was nice to talk too.Love the place staff are great I truly love living at Remington Cove. The staff is great ,the apartments are wonderful,and you couldn't ask for a nicer place to live.This place is great to live I really like living here
