Springs at Cobblestone Lake Apartments

Avoid this place. I do not recommend living here. We moved here temporarily for 7 months while our home was being built and decided to spend the extra money on a "nice" apartment complex for comfortability. But we encountered a lot of issues with this complex. 1. Our apartment was dirty and gross upon move in, the entry way was full of cobwebs, spiders and dead insects, dirt, and the carpeted stairs were full of stains, it looked like no one had bothered to clean the entryway. The kitchen cabinets were full of crumbs and I had to wipe them down and disinfect them because they had grime and spills in them. The ceiling fans and blinds were full of dust, we turned on the ceiling fan the first night and so much dust flew onto our clean bed. The carpets did not look like they had even been vacu

This was my first time renting, as well as my first time in an apartment. My expectations were blown out of the water! There was so much space, and everything was well designed. The maintenance team was spot on. When I first moved in, I let them know that the seasonal change had caused a board to pull up on the balcony-they fixed it immediately. At one point, they even changed a lightbulb for me-no questions asked. They were great about respecting the timeline I specified in my work requests, which was really important to me, as I work long, overnight shifts. Everyone that works at the property is absolutely amazing! Betsy at the front desk makes sure she gets to know everyone, their preferences, and even their pets! I've been a resident for nearly 10 months. I've been delaying writing a review as I didn't want an influx of new residents driving up market prices. Since I'll be moving out, here's a comprehensive review. Pros: A 1bed/1bath Grand Courtyard with attached garage ran me ~$2000/month for rent, fees and utilities - expensive, but well worth it. It's a open layout with a LOT of sunlight that can easily host 10 guests between the kitchen island and living room. Garage has a lot of additional storage. Safe, walkable location that's close to stores and restaurants. Cobblestone Lake and Quarry Point parks are underrated. Road noise, dogs barking, and children playing noise is moderate. I can’t thank you enough. Very fast response having the AC in our unit not cooling the apartment. A very quick turnaround in less than 24 hours. Well done I was at work and checked email and said service was complete. Thanks again Cobblestone.! Maintenance deserves a raise of recognition for their speedy response .

What a delightful, professional maintenance team. They came out the same day and really take pride in their job. Being a new community member made me feel very welcome. My dog loved them too! 🐕💕🐾 The office team have been great too.
