I am very great full for having a wonderful maintenence team we have here at Galante! I know that my requests were minor in comparison to other residents and I hate to bother them with such minor things so I tend to put it off and not call till I have a list which is probably frustrating for maintenence. But he took it all in stride and when I added a item to his list that I had forgotten he didn't blink just jumped right in. He was fast and efficient and fixed everything for us which I am so great full for. I'm recovering from my left knee replacement and preparing for right knee and haven't been able to get out and socialize so I talked his ear off and he was nice to listen while he worked. Such a nice guy! We are lucky to have him!

Uses snappt for verification of income. I won’t do business with any company that wants to use a third-party for verification of income. This is a massive liability concern and no smart business would ever outsource this to a third-party that can’t be reached by the general public.

My fiance and I have been moved in for about a week now and we absolutely love it here. Jack from the management team is absolutely fantastic and is always so friendly and willing to help or answer any questions we have. We had a few maintenance requests that got resolved super quickly. The apartments are gorgeous and have all modern and sleek appliances. The neighborhood make me feel safe and neighbor's are really nice. I know I'm going to enjoy living here. If you are looking for a place, look no further as this is definitely your new home. Update! Lived here now a full month and my statement still stands that this is an amazing place to live 💙
