Their Add/Edit is constantly crashing. Boots you out of listings and encounters problems with 'System Unavailable'. Most of the occurances are not worth bugging about every other day, but it's super annoying. They don't seem to care too much about it, as it's a regular ongoing thing. With all the dues paid for this service, I'm shocked they don't have better computer science majors preventing this from happening as often as it does.

Got thrown under the bus as agents when they settled the anti trust case. They made the compensation rules in the first place, enforced them with fines, then settled and raised fees back to us agents without adding anything in services.

One of the worst overall experiences I've ever had. The lack of CLEAR communication between the company and us was ridiculous. So many hidden fees and astronomical rents. Listing homes that aren't "allowed" to be a part of the program and just the absolute shady nature of the entire experience has left me feeling very burned. I will NEVER recommend this company, their real estate agents, or rental company with their "right to purchase" homes to any of my friends or family. I plan to complete my lease and get as far away from them as possible. If you do end up leasing or buying from them because you feel like you have no other option (similar to my family) then BEWARE and make sure you get a contract up front so you know what you are getting into. Good as always. However they were done with glazed and sugar raised donuts 😔 they had plenty (and more coming out) cinnamon rolls and caramel rolls. Seems chaotic for a first time visitor.
