Palomino East Apartments

We have lived at Palomino East for four years. We were sad to see Laura go but hopeful for what the future brings. Francisco is professional, friendly, and quick to respond for maintenance needs. I have never met a maintenance person who is as consistent not just in his work but getting to know residents as well. Great job! Through the years we have lived here, i can say with 100% certainty Francisco and Laura were a match to the building and upkeep.

My family and I have been residents of Palomino East for 3 years. I feel like I found a hidden gem. The neighborhood is quiet and the sunrises and cute lil pond have made it seem so cozy and tucked away. Francisco is always quick to respond to any maintenance issue and is so easy going and kind that he feels like family. Units are spacious and open concept with laundry in each unit. I have a fireplace and vaulted ceilings that I love. Highly recommend a looksy.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Francisco! Every time I put in a request, he responds incredibly fast and always finds a way to fit me into his schedule as soon as possible. He’s always in a great mood and takes the time to explain what’s going on, what he’s doing, and what he’ll do next. Francisco is someone I can count on immediately. I always know the job will get done and done right. I really appreciate his hard work and how trustworthy and reliable he is. He truly makes living here so much easier! Hands down the best maintenance man!

My maintenance man is truly outstanding. Every time I put in a request, he responds quickly, shows up on time, and gets the job done right the first time. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to explain what he’s fixing so I understand what’s going on. What I appreciate most is his attitude—he’s friendly, respectful, and genuinely cares about making sure everything in my home is safe and working properly.
