I almost moved in but I found apartments closer to my job. I just wanted to say that Tina was great to work with and really made me feel comfortable with the place. The only reason I'm not leaving a 5 star is because I didn't actually live there, so I can't say one way or the other if it holds up. But the management seems great, if it wasn't for the commute this is what I would choose for a lower price range apartment

Do not rent here.. I signed a lease with a stipulation that instead of receiving 1 month free, they would take off so much for 12 months making rent around $770.00. My second month, I went in their app, paid my bill. About 5 days later I get an email saying I owed money. So I went in to their app. And because their app must have had a glitch, it said insufficient funds. And they charged me $41.However 2 months later when I did get a statement. I questioned it. Needless to say, the manager I signed with was no longer there. And the new manager, who did not even bother to as much introduce herself, claims there is no "original lease " and that my rent is $830. Their website says no hidden fees.. WRONG.. In December I asked the manager if they could waive the ridiculous $100 late fee cause

I would HIGHLY not recommend ANYONE sign a lease here. You’d be better off staying an extended stay hotel if you don’t have any other options. Someone tried to break into our uhaul the first night we were there so we had to pay for the damages to begin with. They aren’t updated, they aren’t cleaned properly before move in and we didn’t even get to see the unit before we signed our lease. They’re also VERY MISLEADING regarding pricing. I’m paying almost as much for sewage as I am water each month.

Lived here for 2 years. Price is great compared to other places in the area, and heat and cable are paid. It's a great and walkable location with bike paths nearby. However, maintenance requests took months to complete and some were just ignored. Water was turned off periodically during this time with no notice. Parking in front of buildings was scarce on nights and weekends, and my door was scratched more than once because of how narrow the spaces are. Pool is also very small, more of a kitty pool. Poorly communicated management changeover. New management was not communicative during the move out process and I had to hound them for my security deposit, which they incorrectly deposited twice. Good if you're looking for a cheap location with minimal amenities, but be prepared for poor commu
