Building with K&V (we worked with Dean) was a smooth and efficient process. An added bonus was that K&V partnered with a design firm (Design2Build) to help us with our house selections and that process was seamless, effective and resulted in amazing finishes. Additionally, the house was completed ahead of schedule, which allowed us to move in sooner than expected. The project stayed within the agreed-upon budget, thanks to transparency and management of any changes or upgrades. We would build again with K&V Builders. Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to delivering a high-quality product made the entire process easy.

Having built twice now, K&V was what we were looking for this time around. They have the process down- from designing the floor plan around your life to letting you know where you are on budget every step of the way, to following up with quality work.
